This book, written by Ray Maher contains a variety of problems in the form of task sheets. Each task sheet is a photocopiable A4 resource. The task sheets are separated into four sections, each corresponding to a focus area of ‘using and applying’ and an additional section with questions for gifted and talented pupils. Section 4 is also accompanied by an Answer Section. Difficulty Rating Each task has a star rating from 1 to 7. These do not indicate National Curriculum levels but more general scale of difficulty. Resource sheets and Interactive Whiteboard Tasks Where applicable, the teachers guide will also reference a resource in the Resources Section at the end of the book or on the electronic support materials disk. The resource section contains more photocopiable resources with multiple instances of the image included on the task sheet for use during lessons.
